Payments between customers and workers are coordinated directly (via Venmo, Zelle, Cash App, etc.)
If you subscribe to ProofHire Pro, payment is processed by Apple via In-App Purchase — we receive only a confirmation of subscription status, not your payment details

To provide these features, job details and user preferences may be sent to a third-party AI provider (such as OpenAI). This data is used solely to generate responses and is not used to train AI models on your personal data.5. Photos and Identity Documents
Photos you upload (before/after job photos, profile images, verification documents) are stored securely. They are:Used only for job verification, dispute resolution, and identity confirmation
Never shared publicly without your consent
Accessible only to relevant parties (e.g., the customer and worker on a specific job, or admins during a dispute)
Identity verification documents are reviewed by ProofHire admins only and are not shared with third parties.6. Sharing Your Information
We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with:Other users — your name and job-related information is visible to the other party on a job (e.g., a worker sees the customer's name and contact phone)
Apple — for Pro subscription billing only
AI service providers — for AI-powered features, as described above

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account:Your personal profile data is deleted within 30 days
Job records may be retained for up to 1 year for dispute and legal compliance purposes
Verification documents are deleted within 90 days
